Delivery Policy

• Upon delivery the courier will ring the doorbell or knock, if no one answers the door within an appropriate amount of time orders will be placed in an area near the front door that is deemed safest.

• We do not deliver on Sundays. If you have an urgent request for Sunday delivery please give us a call on 9744 2888 and we will do our best to meet your request.

• Orders are delivered between 10am and 6pm to residential addresses and between 10am and 5pm to businesses.

• If there is no safe place to leave orders we will contact the customer to confirm the course of action. If we cannot contact the customer, a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card will be left and the order will be brought back to our store for collection. Alternatively, we can arrange re-delivery, however an extra charge will be incurred.

• If the courier is unable to locate or access the address, we will contact the customer to confirm. If we cannot contact the customer, the order will be brought back to our store until we confirm re-delivery or pick up. 

• *Note: We can be very busy which means the courier cannot wait more than 10 mins, therefore orders will either be left safely at the address or returned to our store for collection or re-delivery.

• Same day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday – Saturday. 

• Orders placed after 2pm may not be delivered until the next delivery day.

• If the courier does not feel safe accessing the delivery address for any reason, we will contact the customer or the recipient.
